I understand therapy as a process of self-exploration within the safety of a therapeutic relationship that is characterised by acceptance, empathy and authenticity. I work in a person-led way, which means that our work together will be unique and will respond to what would be helpful and therapeutic for you. I provide an open, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore the issues and feelings that you bring to the session.
